Annual Report and Accounts

Bolton Young Persons’ Housing Scheme is a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity. The Memorandum and Articles of Association were signed on 24th June 1997 and the company was incorporated on 7th July 1997.

The objects of the charity are to provide housing and support for single young people, without settled housing accommodation and to help them to develop independent living skills. BYPHS provides only short term accommodation.

Each year, BYPHS has its finances audited by a professional auditor and produces a set of Financial Statements and a Report from the Trustees of the Charity. Please click on the link…
