Byphs have been so helpful especially Linda, they helped me out to get a flat while i was still working and i dont think they could have chose a better flat, nice quiet area decent sized flat and when i need help they are always there, many thanks byphs team

byphs were really helpful for me and my sister over 10 yrs ago wen my mum moved to Scotland and we didn’t want to go. they were always available if we wanted any advice or support from them. Linda and becs were extremely helpful for us, and when it was time for us to move on they were still there for us. even tho it was a long time ago, we are still in contact with everyone at byphs and they are always pleased to see us. sam cunningham xx

Byphs put me on the right track when I was confused and stressed out and very homeless. They gave me a room in a house that gave me the much needed boost in independence and confidence to make some drastic changes in my life, that before then I was too afraid to do. My support worker becs was AMAZING! What I would have done without her help is beyond me! I have popped in once or twice to say hello and have always ben greeted by a smile and had a lovely chat. I really believe that it’s cos of byphs and becs in part that I made the good decisions I needed to make and put me on the track I’m on today =)

Byphs fills a hole that boltons youth definitely needs.

You have helped me grow into a stong independent young lady by showing me a light at the end of the tunnel when i felt like giving up after my bap placement went wrong u helped me get a flat and put my feet back on the ground u gave me the stability to carry on with my nvqs and now u have helped me to move on to independent living in a nice house for me and my son. byphs has helped me me out soooo much..they’re friendly and down to earth and make you feel welcome, yet very professional and get things (benefits, housing etc..) sorted out pronto..they don’t judge you or your situation and do their best to help the best they can..and if they cannot, they will advise and give you the number of the person who can help.

i’ve known them for 10 years and i can still ring them up wen i’m feeling stuck or with a problem i can’t deal with..

Hi my name is Gemma Williams but formly known has moran byph have been there for me when i had no 1 there and all through my pregnancy they was verry surported and the are a right laugh especially tall diane jog on diane oh i for got 0121 do 1 lol and would like to say a massive thank you to both diane’s and nick basically a big well done for being there for me and all the other young people who felt like they have had nobody to talk to i dont know were i would be now if it was not for them your all 1 in a million and my hart goes out to you all so so so sooooo much for all the work your all doing a amazing job keep it going i cant say how long i have been with byphs but they will always be in my hart for every thing they have done and no matter what us young people do or have done they never judge us or think of you any less so sorry its long but im speaking the truth a massive thank you at byphs your all fab and im glad to know you all with a big thank you from Miss Gemma William (:
