Support Plus

Bolton Young Persons Housing Scheme is a registered charity providing temporary supported accommodation to people aged 16-25 who are homeless and/or in special need. We aim to promote independence with a strong emphasis on resident involvement. Support is provided on a needs led basis with staff available 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We have a Drop In on two afternoons a week, for all current and former residents.
