we know that once or twice a year we all need a break in the sun or doing things you enjoy. BYPHS offers 25 days annual leave a year plus another day every year for a maximum of 5 years. The 8 annual bank holidays are in addition to this. We offer bonuses at Christmas for anyone that works shifts on those bank holidays too!
We offer 6% match funding on a pension after you have been in post for 12 months. This will become auto enrolment in October 2016 and the amounts may vary.

you cannot put a price on the feeling you get when a young homeless person comes to you initially afraid, lacking confidence and without any support and your work at BYPHS has a direct impact on their personal growth. Watching young people develop confidence, get jobs, develop independence and complete education or other training opportunities is priceless.
we pay you to work here! The salary scales are competitive compared to many in the third sector. We do have an increments scheme that is dependent on successful annual appraisals. There are maximum limits.
